Support Options

Knowing that every business is different, TG & Associates offers a variety of support options to meet your needs, including on-site, remote support or remote monitoring. We do not charge for travel within a 30 mile radius of Glendora, California (click here to view the range).

Additionally, we offer several traditional and current payment methods. 30-day billing for Purchase Orders & Invoices, credit cards, check or money orders are welcome. Additionally, you can pay on-line via PayPal!

Straight hourly fee - on site:
Ranges between $85 - 150 per person hour

Typical minimum 2 hours*. For new customers requiring immediate support, and who don't opt for any other support option listed below.

We understand that many clients will call only after their systems are in serious trouble. TG & Associates' support engineers need to fully understand the nature of the problem before attempting problem resolution.

*2 hour minimum waived for retainer clients.

Projected-based, fixed fee - on site:

For standardized project (software roll-outs, typical hardware set-ups).
Monthly retainer agreement:
Varies from $85 - $135 per person hour
Retain TG & Associates for prearranged monthly support, minimum 2 hours per month. Ideal for companies without dedicated technology support. Contact Sales for more information.
Annual retainer agreement:
Ranges from $1,000 and up
Maximized savings for on-site company visits. Reduces hourly charges to the minimum level. Receive an additional 10% of the Monthly rates. Clients who sign up for 10 support hours or more per month qualify for a free website.
Remote control
$65 per person hour
Prices vary, as additional factors apply - contact Sales
Support your network / desktops remotely. Requires VPN installation or additional configuration to your network. Can also allow for remote access for owner, employees or other technology vendors (as desired). Restrictions may apply based on your current Tel co or ISP provider.

Instant messaging
$40 per person hour

Email support
$5 per email
Your least expensive remote support option. Send us your questions and we'll help you try and resolve most simple technical issues (restrictions and conditions apply).
